About WoodCreation
WoodCreation is a sole trader business selling handmade, made-to-order and bespoke wooden items.

Handmade products
WoodCreation products are handmade. Small natural variations in grain, colour, knots, texture, finish, size and appearance are expected and do not usually count as faults.
Photographs may show examples rather than the exact item you receive.
Product descriptions
WoodCreation tries to describe products clearly and accurately. Measurements are approximate unless a specific agreed measurement is confirmed in writing.
For bespoke work, the agreed design, size, finish, wording, layout or other details are based on the information confirmed before workshop production begins.
Bespoke and made-to-order work
Current WoodCreation products are made to order, bespoke, handmade or based on WoodCreation's own designs.
Payment in full is required before construction begins.
You must check all details carefully before approval. Once an order is approved and sent to the workshop, it usually cannot be cancelled for change of mind.
This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
Bought-in components
Some finished products may include bought-in components or hardware, such as bowls, mattresses, hinges, handles, fixings or fittings.
Where these are supplied as part of the finished product, they form part of the order supplied by WoodCreation. If a supplied component appears faulty, damaged or not as described, contact WoodCreation.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling.
Payment methods are shown at checkout. Stripe may process card payments. PayPal may be added later.
WoodCreation does not store full card details.
Delivery
Delivery is currently UK only unless otherwise agreed before purchase.
Dispatch times vary by product size, complexity, material availability and workload. Many orders are dispatched within 7 to 14 days, but this is an estimate unless a fixed date is confirmed in writing.
Delivery damage
Check your parcel as soon as it arrives. If the item or packaging is damaged, keep the packaging and contact WoodCreation as soon as possible with photos or video.
Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are explained in the Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy.
For bespoke, custom, personalised or made-to-order items, change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply once the item has been approved and sent to the workshop.
Faulty, incorrect or not-as-described items will be handled in line with your legal rights.
Customer content
Customers may send photos, drawings, measurements, reference images or other files for bespoke work. You must only send content you have the right to use.
WoodCreation may ask for permission to share finished product photos, customer photos or reviews.
Product care
Wooden products should be used sensibly and only for their intended purpose. Avoid unsuitable heat, moisture, impact, harsh chemicals, damp storage or outdoor exposure unless the product is clearly described as suitable for that use.
Unless clearly stated, products are not toys and should not be given to children without appropriate supervision.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the terms in place when your order is accepted.
