About customer accounts
A WoodCreation customer account may allow you to view orders, manage details, send messages, submit bespoke information, upload files, request aftercare, request returns or refunds and save information needed for customer service.
Account features may change over time.
Creating an account
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You must not create an account using false information, someone else's details or an email address you do not have permission to use.
WoodCreation may refuse, suspend or close an account if it appears false, abusive, fraudulent, unsafe or harmful.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Use a strong password, keep it private and contact WoodCreation if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
WoodCreation will never ask you to send your password by email.
Orders through an account
Creating an account does not guarantee that an order will be accepted.
Orders are also subject to the Terms of Sale, Returns Policy, Delivery Information, Bespoke Terms and any product-specific information shown before purchase.
Uploads and messages
You may be able to send messages or upload files for bespoke work or aftercare.
You must only upload content you have the right to use. You must not upload anything unlawful, abusive, harmful, misleading, infected with malware or unrelated to your enquiry or order.
Reviews and photos
If you submit reviews, comments, photos or feedback, the content must be honest, based on your own experience and shared with permission.
WoodCreation may choose whether to publish, format, remove or decline review content.
Misuse
You must not use an account to break the law, commit fraud, harass anyone, upload malicious files, interfere with the website, access another person's account, scrape content, send spam or provide false information.
Suspension or closure
WoodCreation may suspend or close accounts used in breach of these terms, accounts that appear compromised or accounts that create a security or legal risk.
Some records may still need to be kept after account closure for order, tax, legal, accounting, security, complaint or dispute reasons.
Closing your account
You can ask WoodCreation to close your account by contacting legal@woodcreation.co.uk.
Some information may still need to be kept where required for legal, tax, accounting, order, security, complaint or dispute reasons.
Privacy
Account information is handled in line with the Privacy Notice.
WoodCreation does not sell personal information.
